Fujitsu General ANZ and its associated companies and subsidiaries (the “Fujitsu General Group”, “we” or “our”) acknowledge and respect the privacy of individuals. This privacy policy explains how we collect, hold, use, and disclose your personal information in the course of our business.

Direct Marketing

Requests to unsubscribe from marketing communications will be honoured within the timeframes required by law. It is not our general practice to collect sensitive information (as defined under the Privacy Act) unless you have consented, or the collection is required under law or for purpose of defending or taking legal action.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, when you supply information over the internet you understand that we cannot provide a guarantee that your personal information will not be accessed by unauthorised third parties.
