About the role:

• Service, repair and commission residential and light commercial heat pump/air conditioning products.
• Report on any common product issues and help generate reports for product improvement.
• Provide assistance, training and technical advice to customers and relevant team members.
• Respond in a timely manner to customer service calls, enquires and complaints.
• Assist with training material and courses where required for agents and dealers.
• Provide an excellent customer experience representing Fujitsu General New Zealand in a professional manner and appearance at all times.
• Provide technical support to fellow technicians as required
• Provide regular service reports

About you:

• You are an experienced residential Field Service Technician from within the heat pump/air conditioning sector
• You have excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Commissioning experience is desirable, but not essential
• VRF/ducted split system experience will be highly regarded
• Required qualifications and training - Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Trade Certificate and Refrigerant Handling License (full)
• Minimum Restricted Electrical License - EST Practicing licence
• A full NZ Drivers Licence essential with a clean driving record
• You have an excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
• You enjoy working independently, self-motivation and organisation are two of your key strengths
• You build great relationships with your customers, fellow team members and within the extended business
