The COVID-19 pandemic has affected us all in many ways. Due to factors related to the pandemic, Fujitsu General continues to experience supply issues globally like many other manufacturers. This is unfortunately impacting our New Zealand residential and commercial customers. These delays are a result of numerous factors including: the impact of COVID-19 on manufacturer staffing levels; container shortages; increased demand on shipping space; and a global shortage of semi-conductors.
Fujitsu General is working closely with all partners involved to hasten the process so we can fulfil all back orders as soon as possible.
