We recommend firstly turning the isolation switch off on the unit for at least 5 minutes which will hopefully reset the fault. If this does not work and the system is still within the warranty period, please visit Fujitsu Service.
If the unit is out of the warranty period, you can choose to use your own preferred licensed technician to diagnose and repair the heat pump / air conditioner.
